Transfers

To facilitate travel to the event, a shuttle service to and from the cinema or similar venue is included.
Each shuttle, with eight seats, departs at approximately 15-minute intervals and includes night service to ensure maximum convenience.

Notes:

Pre-payment of packages by February 1, 2026, grants a 10% discount on the Day Spa Package (Euro 134.00 discounted price) and a 15% discount on the Day Spa + Accommodation Package (Euro 198.00 discounted price).

Discounted pre-sales for VIP Members are limited in number, until discounted packages run out by February 1, 2026.

Tickets for access to the Live Streaming viewing will be purchased by the organizer of the described packages, directly from the seller's website, and provided to the customer who purchases the packages described herein.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation by 08/26/2026 allows for a 100% refund with a voucher redeemable for events, stays in Lucca or Milan or similar for all of 2026/2027.
